Shipping and Returns

Delivery of the order

The items will be delivered only on business days, by Speedy Courier Company. Orders made on a business day until 12:00. will be sent on the next business day, and orders placed after 12.00. shall be sent on the second business day.

Orders over BGN 40.00 receive FREE delivery. All other orders will be charged, depending on the Courier pricelist. The payment for the order is made at the time of delivery.

If the order cannot be sent within the above mentioned deadlines, our employee will contact you!

Cancellation and Returns

You can cancel your contract at any time up to 24 hours after the moment you place it. To do so, please email us at lintbells@sambs.bg, giving a brief outline of the reasons for which you are cancelling your order. You are supposed to send us your names, user ID and the number of your order.

Under the Distance Selling Regulations you have the legal right to cancel your order within seven days of receipt of your goods. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item or items to us in their original condition within 7 days of receipt, packed with a proof of purchase (shipping documents and invoice/receipt), ensuring they are packaged adequately to prevent damage in transit. All shipping costs, related to returning the items are at your own expenses (unless the return is by fault of SAM BS Ltd.). The items are your responsibility until they reach us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.

All returned goods must have its label on Bulgarian language, which includes SAM BS Ltd. attributes. All returned goods must be not opened, not shredded, scratched, cut, and not damaged, packed in the original plastic or carton packaging (if there is no carton on the plastic), packed with all payment documents and documents from the delivery company.

Refund

Refund is made after we receive and accept the returned items! Please include your proof of purchase & ensure the goods are in perfect, original condition and also send us all payment documents (invoice or receipt). We will issue a full refund on receipt, or exchange the item if you prefer. Refund will be made

  1. By bank transfer within 31 days of the date of receipt of the returned products. It’s used by orders, paid by bank transfer.
  2. Cash – if the order was cash-paid. In this case, money will be paid cash by a courier company or personally, at SAM BS Ltd. office. All courier service charges are borne by the User.

Please accept that we are unable to refund any cost for postage that you may have paid, unless we have sent you an item incorrectly or the item is deemed to be faulty.
